Tomorrow is the big day for me!!! I can't wait!

Well my surgery went great. I had it about 130 pm yesterday and got home a little after 9. They gave me liquid loritab fir pain but I don't like the way it makes me feel so I haven't been taking it. I'm not in a lot of pain pain just the gas pains also the pain from b being tense cause I'm cold. Mire than likely I'm going to get something in my stomach then try to take the med and hope it doesn't make me nauseated.

had mine yesterday! You will do great. Its really not that bad, more uncomfortable and irritating feeling than actual soreness. I havent had to use any pain meds yet, and the only reason why i am getting ready to is so that i can take a nap soon. One think I would suggest is wearing PJ's that button up with a sports bra rather than regular clothes. Its much easier putting on a button up shirt rather that one over your head. i agree with tod and tiny...men would do something like that dinner without a thought in the world..me and my ole man been married 28+yrs, i dont have to go with him everywhere and vice versa...it doesnt seem to be that big of a deal, not to me...so he went out to dinner without you, so what......thats when you call your girlfriends and go out with them and ask and mean it when you say, did you have a good time when you see him.....
you sound like a very nice gal and super sweet, remain that way and he will realize, gosh she is pretty nice and i bet next time, he will ask you to go along........if your a b**tch about it maybe not.

You really should not be full but satisfied. The band for most people will not stop you from eating. That is why I always measure my foods so I know when to stop. It is really hard to learn what satisfy feels like because we are all used to eating too much. I also keep in mind that it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register what you have eaten. When I am really hungry I stop about half way through my meal for about five minutes. You have to find what is right for you.

I had my surgery yesterday and am now home. A little sore but not too bad. Its the first day of my new way of life.
