I love ur perspective on the band. I myself am about to get banded but i do not want to be burdened by focussing on losing those 10 lbs per week, but would rather stay on track and enjoy foods too. I am a great chewer and i feel i should enjoy the little that i am eating. Hopefully i will get to my green zone without even ythinking about it. Thx for your realistic view.
