Can't sleep, have a bad headache, not a good way to start the week. Just checking in to see what is kickin!!

I got a sale flyer today for Memorial day, so put in alcohol orders now. I know sour mix, tequila, triple sec. Does anyone want vodka, gin, bourbon, scotch or some other mixer? Actually I don't know if the mixer are on sale, but I am the sale shopper and the booze is!!

I have never been to a rodeo before either, but Charlie is in the gay rodeo!!! That is scary enough to never go.

Boy if only Michelle or Judy lived closer!!! I LOVE meatloaf!! I like it with ketchup. I also like scones so I think today Judy wins!! It is a big night for finales. I watch 24, and I am not saying I am over it, but they just have 2 hours to end? They need to hurry, they have thrown so much in this year! I also like DWTS but will probably watch that on tape! Tracyk I can't believe you have never had a scone before!!! They are kind of dry, but they are sort of muffiny, but denser.

Me too!! Starbucks!! Another good one is an Orange scone at St. Louis bread or I guess everywhere else they call in Panera!!

Good morning!! Terry I hope and pray that everything works out for you and your family!!!!!! Air conditioner guy coming this morning to clean and check. My house is a mess, but I am hoping he is not part of the clean house brigade!! Michelle hope your son's neck gets better!! I have headaches and neckpain a lot and it is an OUCH!!!

Just had a thought that one year ago today we were on Gruene, probably had a flashback to the river, but all in all that was a FUN WEEKEND!!

I figure coffee and I am sure somebody here takes cream, I am going to try to go to the restaurant supply and get the sour mix that is so good. I will buy some bottles of tequila and triple sec, any part. brand? I will buy some chips and stuff too. Any other ideas?

Terry, for some reason everything works out in the end. I am a big believer in that. Maybe it is prayer, maybe it is desparation, maybe a little of both. But, you need a break also!!! I just got a troubling email from a customer, she wrote me in confidence about her husband and how he has the early stages of Alzheimers. It is so sad, especially on paper she could write things that you couldn't get out in person. She comes in at 11 this morning. Well it is very very cloudy and depressing looking out, we had bad storms last night, and is supposed to clear up this afternoon. This week and next week I will be super busy because Charlie is gone, so I am working by myself. It is nice to be alone, but not nice to have the phone etc. to myself. I am chatting way too much I need to go hop in shower so I can be ready for Virginia!!!

I also checked in as to why I don't have my merchants license yet since I was at City Hall and they tell me because Charlie is behind in Sales Tax!!!! I really want to scream right now, but I very calmly called Charlie and told him to pay it, NOW! Even though I paid I am technically running a business without a license the girl said. We didn't argue, he said he was sorry and he would mail it today. I hope he is right and not just telling me what I want to hear!!! Okay need to do some email answering!! Weird quiet circus music? Interesting!! Suzyt, I have my fills done under flouro now, and it is weird. They have me stand up with the needle sticking out of my tummy and then do a barium swallow so they can fine tune it!! It is kinda neat to see it done this way!! Well I have my monthly meeting in the morning, and then work, then my manicure, so I may not post til late tomorrow. If you can spare an extra prayer, my best friends mom is having bypass surgery tomorrow, and it is real risky since she has some blood clotting issues. So prayers for Mrs Corno if you can.

Pamela, that is crazy, I have never seen anyone picnicing (if that is the right word and spelling) or playing their music. Every time I have gone to the cemetary I have been alone with my thoughts and prayers. I would have a hard time with what you have experienced. Charlie just called and he needs a ride from the car place, then I have some errands to do so I will talk to you all later. Have a great day!!!!!!
