Luckily it is not as slow this week at work, but also luckily I have overdraft protection for my my mortgage comes tomorrow!!!! Kat, I have your stuff, now I am looking for the book!! I am almost positive I have it. I am going to send out an email to my family to make sure I have it. But, if I can't find it today I am going to ship your stuff out anyways, I mean I can mail the book media mail. Okay enough rambling........

Oh my gosh, I can never get tired of seeing pics of Carson!! Too cute!!!! I think I am done with the bathroom running today. Last 1/2 hour or so I haven't gone and food has stayed in tummy!! For the past two days I have been telling myself that I love myself and respect myself. Is there a way to get a tracker for a 5 pound loss? I am going to check it out. I made the June and July, but do need to keep better track. Okay everyone have a great start to a new week!!

Hello, The following is tmi, but I eat, I poop. Good diet plan. I am lucky I don't feel bad. I guess I should be knocking on wood!! I am going to try to get something done today beside trips to the bathroom. That is also a good exercise plan isn't it??? Squats everytime I sit down. HHHHMMMMMM... So glad Macy is better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never heard of sea foam! I didn't know there was a candy that existed that I didn't know about!!! Glad Macy is doing well. I didn't get my Pam update photo yesterday, but sounds like all is well. Going to my sisters to see my nephew. Have a good one!!

Judy what is sea foam? Can you email the recipe for blueberry buckle? I think we all talked about it last year, I remember Michelle explaining it, but I am not passing the buckle test. I love blueberries. They are the only fruit I like that is cooked. Couldn't log in this am to the site. Kat, they left a message that my stuff is in, so I think on Monday I will go get it and mail it out and will email you a figure.

Tracyk I take anti depressants, I just switched to generic prozac, and really I think I like it the best. I don't have any side effects. I think you just need to find what works best for you!! As far as BB goes, I did like Casey, but he picked his nose ALOT! He was sort of crazy tonight. But, I would probably be a little nuts in a house like that!! I am so glad nobody ate ice cream yesterday!!!!!!

If you want both fine, if not I will keep it myself. Either way is no big deal. Usually when I order it comes in the following Friday. Tracyks, I am so sorry you are dealing with all this! I am sending you a BIG VIOLET HUG!!!! I have been thinking a lot about you Terry, and hope things work out!! I got a new phone today, then I found out it doesn't take any calls!! Off tomorrow to fix that. I hate that!! I am going to the supply store tomorrow Kat, so I will buy some hand creme and hopefully it is on sale!! I really am not in a bad place. Just wishing I was able to really care and love myself more. I mean, I drive and see somebody jogging that is all sweaty, and think YUCK!! but in reality I should be jealous because they love themselves enough to jog/exercise. Maybe that can explain a lot of things in my life. I mean, self destruction is my way of life. When I got the band I couldn't understand how ANY one could 'eat around it', now I know. It is easy!! It is just one of the ways I sabatoge myself. I remember how the other day Tracyk said she sucked or something simlilar, and I said you don't and you wouldn't say that about somebody else, so why do you say that about yourself? That hit home for me, without even realizing it then. I might not verbalize it, but my actions speak louder than words. Maybe that can solve a lot of my problems.......... Maybe for August I can work on my attitude, what comes out of my mouth or is inside my head instead of what I eat for the month. Wow, if you just read that give yourself a pat on the back, that was a looonngg post!!!

I just wrote the most self destructing post. I erased it. I am not posting it. I really am not in a bad place, just had some bad thoughts in my mind about the band. You guys are the best!!! I love your tatoo Jenn!!!!!!!

I talked to the mailman today about your koozie Tracy, and he said normally it takes 2 to 3 weeks, but since it was out of town, and in the summer (vacations), it might take longer. So I will give it another week or two. When do the kids (Michelle, Jennifer, Tracyk, Tracyks) start back to school, what about you Pamela? I can't believe I am even saying that. School here never started til after labor day, but this year Webster has changed it to three weeks before. So our school year is a little messed up this year, with school going into June and starting in mid August. Next year will be better because they will end in May. I think I am rambling again!!

There is still a teeny tiny bit of sympathy, but he is a coniver, and he was playing the game well, until he told one to many stories..... Busy at work today, yesterday was so slow!!!!!!!!! I found the funniest picture yesterday when I downloaded my vacation pictures. It has to do with where I stayed in Pulaski. When I came home that way I just pointed my camera and snapped. Oh my gosh!!!! Too funny what I saw in the light of day. I thought it was just a adult bookstore on one side and showgirls on the other. Was I wrong. I am going to try to figure the picture thing out this weekend. If not can I send it Judy or Laura to post? Alright, off I go to work!!!!!!
