  7. I do WW...just rejoined. However I have not had the problems that you have. I cannot eat dry meat well. It does have to be were for me. WW bases point system...but the amount is lesa than we are required to eat...but it does help. I recommend going to softer foods....and smaller pieces. Puree if you have too.

    Weight Watchers...online or regular

I have and I am currently a member now. For me it helps with accountability week to week. I pay for the monthly membership which gives you access to everything online. I highly recommend it. I also did Curves but I tore my meniscus doing that, however they do have a great measurement system.

    Newbie!

I only told a few people who I knew would support me. Less than a handful know. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome...and my gyne was concerned about my health since I was actively working g out and taking hormone pills which increased my weight. When recommended I Get it. Be encouraged. It gets easier. I have continued to lose though I gained some with the passing of my father and having knew surgery for a torn meniscus which prevented me from actively working out ...however i am back working out and will soon be in my 200's. Keep in mind I was almost 440 lbs...but with me being 6'3'' it didn't seem like it. I never had any problems with mine and I am going on 5 years and no fill.
