Got my second fill 6.1cc in a 10cc band, Loving the new Surgeon, all the staff are so much better than where I was. Now I'm not doing this alone anymore

I've always been told how important food journals are, I never bothered honestly until NOW.. Web md had the greatest food and excercise tracker. It is very EZ to track both.. I give it a thumbs up~~~~

Today is my Birthday and although my goal was to be 175 for this day I am not discouraged. Had some medical complications but feeling awsome today. Very glad I got the band!!
