Hello al .. iam goin for my 2nd fill tomorrow ... so excited:) .. banded, {3/14/13 ,start weight 246lbs} i juss weighed in at 198lbs im very plz i lost another 15lbs .. i was stuck in the beiging of the month with my first fill.. but i juss stuck to it, keep positive aet healthy, n excersied… N took al the advice dat was givin to me! I dont have n e restriction yet but hopin to have some with this fill, bcuz i tend to have one too many Snacks from time to time.. but keepin positive n makin da rite choices is sometims so hard!!

Yes so true iam healin but im also anxious.. about losin the weight, but iam gion to take it day by day and continue to listen to my dr , and i will definitely go to the web site that u recommend ,i appreciate ure advice:)
