You should fill in your profile? We have no idea where you are in your journey and it makes it hard to advise you?

But, no, it's not cheating to suck a chip, and we've all cheated and you'll cheat at some point in time. One cheat is one cheat and you just have to move on to eating healthy again.

I don't know if I would call it cheating, but it is a bad habit to start. As you move farther into your journey are you going to lick the chocolate off a donut, but not eat the donut.

Right now, you need to follow your Drs instructions. Would they ok you sucking the favor off of doritos?

You will always have temptations put in front of you and how you handle them will tell if you will be successful or not.

Ask yourself, how bad do I want this surgery to work? Do you want it bad enough to stay away from crap for awhile? Only you can answer these questions.

I hope & pray you want it so bad, that you are willing to tell yourself no. I want my health, not crap.

Not trying to be harsh, just stating the facts.

Be in it, to win it!
