While on my phone today my teen daughter says " Mom you sure stay on Facebook alot lately" my reply .... " I'm on a new kinda Facebook it's called LAPBAND TALK " Think I have traded in my Facebook for this now !!

I got my prescriptions today am they are liquid So no stressing over that now

Please post your new progress an lots of hugs to youI am at my last pre op appt before surgery and I have been on my diet 10 days now and lost 7 lbs. I will take that !!! Every pound counts ..... I'm one happy lady cause so far I have done something good stuck to the diet an ignored my brain .. LolI don't think we could find better friends than the people on this sight different ones have already been here done this..... What better support to have someone already knowing the strugglesYou Goooo girl !!! You look so goodI will an I feel like this is my new little family anything about the band from start to finish everyone's so helpful. I love the support an new found friendships.
