I am at my last pre op appt before surgery and I have been on my diet 10 days now and lost 7 lbs. I will take that !!! Every pound counts ..... I'm one happy lady cause so far I have done something good stuck to the diet an ignored my brain .. Lol

I learned alot on pre-op....that I am stronger than I thought. Post op choices just seem easier to make. Congratulations!
