  1. My dr said lack of b12 can make u sad is this possible for you?
  2. Yeah I had surgery to be healthy. ..I knew I'd need to see a therapist eventually but I didn't realize this soon. Everything I read says if you are pear shaped you will remain pear shaped. Like your proportions dont change but your size does. I assumed my body would change but I didnt assume id lose all my curves first that's all.
  3. My dr said no fruit for the entire weight loss period because of the sugar which is hard for me because I have such a sweet tooth and instead of eating sweets I usually ate fruit.
  4. I thought I was beautiful that's the thing is I HAD high self esteem but it is slowly diminishing as I am losing weight and losing my womanly body. Im not saying thin people arent women but last time I was thin was before puberty
  5. I'm losing my summer body. No more boobs or bootie to fill in my swimsuit. Look like a fat flattie.
  6. Spanx helps but I want to like what I see when the spanx comes off. :-( I'm regretting this decision.
  7. My weight is fairly proportionate too. I haven't lost any clothes sizes yet but I havent really tried other clothes. My bras are not fitting and my butt is looking flatter in my jeans :-( I started at 268lbs at 5'9" and wore 18 and now I'm at 238lbs and my 18 feels lose but because I'm only losing in my curves and not in my belly or legs then I dont think I'm losing clothes sizes.
  8. Wow that is great...I will be a month on the 23rd and only down 30lbs since May 23rd.
  9. You can't have aspartame? I put splenda in lots of stuff

Could you be pregnant? I was told weight loss can bring about your period.
  11. I know I posted a similar one to this before surgery. So I can pose another question? Anyone losing their curves before their problem areas like their belly?
  12. Am I the only one? Ive only lost 30lbs but that is 30lbs of my boobs and butt that I dont wanna lose. I love my curves. I had to have sex with the lights off now because I'm self conscious of of my smaller boobs and scars. I know I spoke about this before getting my surgery and everyone reassured me...but now I'm scared because its getting real.
  13. Calling someone fat is not bad manners for a small child. I will teach my children in the future the word fat to describe someone's size but not teach them it as a negative word. Why does everyone use the word fat so negatively? If a kid calls me fat I would agree because I am. A lot of other countries, the word skinny is used with a negative connotation because skinny is also seen as being unhealthy. Why dont we cringe when someone uses that word?
  14. Is the sex better because its physically better or because of self confidence rising? My self confidence is actually getting lower as I lose weight (ive only lost 30lbs but am losing my butt and boobs.) I have very high self esteem as a big woman and sex was always wonderful...now I dont want him to see my scars or smaller boobs so I turn the lights off...can't imagine when I'm thin. Anyone have this experience.
