    I'm pre-op but I've had WLS before and had this problem after pretty much every surgery I've had... It's almost definitely because you're not getting enough water! For immediate relief I second the smooth move tea if you want something more natural. It's available at the grocery store. But if that doesn't work (since it's more mild), or if you're looking for something a little more guaranteed, pick up some colace stool softeners. They're perfectly safe and gentle on your delicate new system and can get you through the couple days while your get your fluids back up. Good luck and congratulations!!
