    Went in for a small fill today and couldn't believe I lost 8 lbs in the past 4 weeks especially because I was on steroids for one of those weeks. Yay!

    just realized i'm exactly 2 months post op! may 8th, 2014 was the best day of my life.

      This is a lifestyle change not a diet and brownies are apart of life. The key is to not go overboard but you work hard and should be able to treat yourself now and then. I'm 11 months post-op and in the past 11 months I've had cake, cookies, pizza.. I just count them in my daily calories. I also eat carbs with every meal. I just make sure my protein is my biggest portion followed by veggies and then carbs. I'm down 130 lbs so I must be doing something right :)

    I've been so stressed out since last night worrying about my friends and neighbors. Devastation all around. Struggling with eating today bc my band is so tight. Might need a small unfill.

      I had a lot of friends and co-workers who lost everything but are safe. Not everyone was so fortunate. I've been through a tornado before so it's just brought up all of those memories. Just sad. I'm just going to focus on helping out and gathering items to donate.

    Premier Protein shakes...has anyone tried the Premier Protein shakes from Costco? They have 30 grams of protien

      They are the best tasting of all the protein shakes I have tried. I've only tried the chocolate but it's super good.
