  1. Take yr measurments compare them monthly... also pics are a good way to see loss when scale is not moving... of u r loosing inches u r loosing weight the scales will catch up :-)
  2. My dr says every 4 hrs. So I.. a) eat when I'm hungry but b ) that ends up being around 4 times a day 7am 11 am 3 pm and 630-7 pm

  4. I've nevet pb'd slimmed etc... I had my first fill july 15 I had nothing in my band prior to that ( pa emptied when he did my fill which was easy since it was all the way empty...he said sometimes there is a cc or 2 in there from surgury sometimes not..I was a not) he gave me 2 cc July 15

Mine just started falling out in clumps too (banded april3) and I've been taking biotin the whole time and I get over 100 grams of protein a day so not lacking in those two areas.. anytime in the past I've shocked my body w a significant diet change I have had significant hair loss but it does eventually stop and comes back just fine... I was prepared for it...I think some of us just have bodys/hair that choose to revolt to the change.I don't have many answers other than to say hang in there and to say yr not alone, me too :-) sometimes that helps!...good luck
  6. I had band w plication April 3... love it... I can eat what ever I want...I choose to eat healthy... I keep protien about 100-110 a day carbs half of that so abou 50-60 gram.. calories I come in btwn 1000-1200 a day..drink 100 oz water... I excercise 7 days a wk and I'm down 72 lbs since pre op... love love love my band w plication:-)

  11. I work out everyday 1 1/2 -2 hrs a whole variety of different exercises...I've had no issues...once in a while muscle around my port gets sore but my PA said thats normal and fine:-) enjoy your workouts

  13. I have tricare reserve (NG) seminar was in Jan ...banded April 3rd...good luck
  14. The only thing I experience TOM related is my band is slightly tighter and I have a lower appetite for a couple days...nothing extreme though.
