I only had my surgery 1 day before you and I don't have results like this. Whatever you are doing keep it up. I am speechless. I just showed my husband..... He is like "She is hot"

Good post Mis and congrats on your weight loss. Exactly doesn't matter what surgery you choose as long as you are ready and committment and as IP said mentally ready!!! WTG 190 is amazing!!

I agree IP. If you aren't ready doesn't matter what "reward" you are offered, or you will feel better and healthy,mentally you have to be there. Texas, I congratulate you on your weight loss HUGE difference, bet it feels good not being fat anymore. But if you did actually speak to her after her gastric bypass about her "failure" for lapband do you think you were helping her? or making her feel like a failure? You told her "You didn't do the work" That seems a little harsh to someone who failed at something and now just came out of surgery? Just my thoughts.

I would definitely like to be a part of this group. I had my surgery on Dec 3 2012 and down 30 lbs but I sometimes run out of ideas of what to make. I find myself eating the same things over and over again. Especially because I can't eat bread or Pasta I am looking for new ideas! I will look you up on FB, thank you!

Hey IP, I was talking with my hubby last night and I decided as a goal I would like to enter a CrossFit competition, you have inspired me to much!!! I was googling some and I noticed in Florida they are having one this summer that is team. Jim's parents live in Delray Beach, sooooo I was thinking would you want to get a team together with me?? Please let me know and I will register all of us!! Again, thank you. We can do our weight loss together being we are only one day apart in our surgeries!! Plus you are killing it weight wise, you are a good mentor!

Hey IP, I just showed my husband your video. He is so happy for you/me. He has been wanting me to get healthy and active for so long. Since I spoke to you last week I did join the crossfit up here!! Jim is going to start coming with me so we can do things as a couple. It has been so long since we were active together, I never wanted to leave the house! Again, Kudos!

How cool is this!! I had my surgery around the same time you did!! I can't believe you competed in a CrossFit competition already! GOOD FOR YOU!!!! Keep up the amazing work! Damn rowing sucks!!!
