Ask you doctor first but when I was in the Hospital the nurse gave me warm prune juice about 2oz. I had a great BM after. -

Omg yes of course mention this matter, bc it can cause serious health issues right?...plus a NUT is a key element in a successful outcome right? Well in her case she is a "NUT" haha all the best!...it like going t Goodyear and the guy put oil in your gas tank are you going to say something?, all the best keep us posted. -

Today I feel great my abdominal muscles feel good, only concern is regarding my incisions the water-proof band aid tape is getting wet so the gauze is wet can I replace with my own or should I let them get wet when I shower or peel em' off? Thanks my fellow Bandsters!. -

Thank you guys I called dr.'s office they said to let it fall off and not to put bandages over them, but they also said not go get them wet when I shower, the whole plastic bag and tape still gets my incisions wet, Once again thanks my LB fam bam. -
Tattoos rock!!!, but placement is key to a successful looking sexy tattoos good luck guys!.

Try Isopure it has 40 grams of protein they taste like fresh punch with variety of flavors I get mine at GNC. About 6 dollars . -

Btw I was banded Feb 12th intake is apprx 65 grams of proteins and 20oz of water also I take b12 sublingual tabs and chewable calcium and today for the first time crushed biotin pills for hair and mixed them with my shake, I'm off of meds since lastnight no more liquid vicotin bc I took it all but feel good able to side sleep. -

How much protein and liquids are you taking in? -
Drinking approx 40 grams of Isopure liquid protein and 25 in a chocolate shake also half water half Crystal Light w/ ice 20oz sub-lingual b12 pill and 2calcium chewables tabs....hungry still...mostly in bed. I want mashies can I have some??.

5 days post-op had 40grams of Isopure liquid protein 20oz also 25grams of chocolate shake approximately 20oz. And 20oz of water with a little crystal light and 15oz of oatmeal straid w/soy milk. Today food journal Sunday Feb 17,2013...had 2 bowel movements walked around. So fellow Bandsters what's your intake?. -
