Stuck at first bite!
Only mornings for me and so I try to drink something before I eat. How about eating something on your way to dinner? Gummy vitamins or something?

QUESTION: What Foods Can You No Longer 'Stomach'?
I have trouble with some raw veggies, like carrots and cucumbers. And, of course if I don't chew well anything could give me trouble.

Not losing weight :/
I've had five fills and finally getting close. It takes time and coming off S-L-O-W, but I just keep telling myself it's only the beginning of the journey. Be patient, it will come. I used MyFitnessPal to track calories. Drink lots of water!

Surgery was yesterday
I was feeling better within 4 days or so. I went back to work on the 5th day. For me, the gas pain was the worst part. Walking helps and GasX was my friend!

pre op diet questions
Every doc seems to be a little different. I'd call your doc to see about their instructions. Mine didn't require a pre-op liquid diet. Mine required a very low carb.

Stuck Episode and drinking too fast....
- Progress pic...still cant believe it
Job well done!! It helps me to hear people's struggles and that they powered through. I hope to be posting such a success someday!- Good Day- Got my first fill...
I just got my 4th fill and not in green zone yet, but close I think. Its been slow for me, still plugging away and watching my cals intake till I get there! Hang in there!- Question about fills and pain
My Dr requires no eating 3 hrs before a fill.- Pain in Shoulder
I probably had shoulder pain around 12 days or so. It will go away. Keep using GasX and walk.- Question about fills and pain
I have no pain after a fill. I just got my 4th today and seems to be getting easier. I had some pain in the surgery area post surgery, but with time it got better. I've heard ports can flip, but I think that's very rare. I hope it's just sensitive due to the incision. Good luck.- Pain in Shoulder
I had the same post surgery. I was told gas travels through your body. Just keep using GasX and it will eventually go away. Walking also helps.- Think i have hit a brick wall
I feel like I have been losing slow from the very beginning. It's never been constant! I know we are all different, but it frustrates me to read on here and see fast weight loss right after surgeries. I don't have restriction yet and i'm really trying to be patient, but it's S-L-O-W!! It helps to be on here, it keeps me motivated. Thanks all!!- I dont want to see you anymore...
Yes, I can relate and feel like that now after having family in town and eating what I have not been normally eating. But, reading the responses above, they are right! We can't hide from the scale. Let's put the scales back and face the music.- Anyone get their band at True Results in Dallas, TX? Surgery Center of Richardson
I too went through True Results (Austin), and will confirm like others, after care appts were every two weeks. Although I'm a newbie, I've had no complaints, staff have been great! Also, I can say being a frequent visitor on this site has helped. I'm only on my 2nd fill and nowhere near my green zone, but being on here keeps my goal alive. I track what I eat on MyFitnessPal and I think that has also helped. Good luck!- Just wanted to share the joy!!! :)
Congrats!! The muffin top part made laugh, which I much needed today! Keep up the good work!- My Fitness Pal
I've tried a few tracking apps , but MFP is my fav! For me, tracking keeps me in check!- 50 pounds in 4 and a half months!
Inspiring! I'm on 2nd month and it's going slow. Keep up the good work!- Care Credit...what's your payment??
I charged five thousand and my payments are $130/month. - Progress pic...still cant believe it
