Ok I'm experimenting..I baked those turkey mozzarella balls tonight. I weighed them 4oz each...I could only eat half a ball...lol..no fill yet..I'm loving my band...back in the day I would've polished off three of those bad boys, Pasta and garlic bread...gooooooo Team Sasha!

I have lost 10 lbs since 2/28. I can have pudding, Jello, grits, cream of wheat, broth, mashed potatoes, sf popsicles, blenderized Soups, and 3 Protein Shakes a day. Ready for the 14th..get to add fish, seafood, soft veggies, crackers, and eggs. Definitely having to learn to eat slowly and drink outside of meals, It is worth it though...10 year anniversary on september 19th..gonna be in that bikini..lol

I got my first fill/adjustment yesterday. I can already tell that it's not enough... (I'm at 2cc's) They want me to go in every 2 weeks until I'm reach the green zone. Wish me luck!

Congratulations to all of my fellow February banded sisters and brothers. Some of us are at the final stages of healing, and others might be right at the beginning. We are all here to support each other and figure out how to help each other to reach our weight loss and health goals.

Hello All! I went in this morning at 5:30 to have my surgery. Everything went great. I was a little nauseated after surgery and they gave me medicine in my IV. I have no gas pains this far. I am so happy I made this decision!!

I too am on my liquid diet..Day 4 for me..this weekend was not good..i ate real food but I jump right back on this morning..i have lost 4 pounds and that alone help me know that I need to continue my path of weightloss..
