  2. Oh I had this and then found that I was allergic to all bandage adhesive. It was a big P I T A because I couldnt keep it covered and got infected and ruined a bunch if clothes. The only thing that worked for me was big pieces of gauze and that elastic bandage thing they.gave me after surgery. You can still see where the band aids were even thought my surge/ry was/13

  4. Over 25 years ago I bought a pair od Gap brown leather pants in a size 16. I have never been able to wear them, not even when I was a 16. Im going by size of clothes because the scale is not moving . Ive given away all of my 24, and recently the 22. My goal is to get rid of all of the clothes that I have has forever from 16 to 24
  5. The only thing I could think of is using corests...but this does not make the weight disappear . It just shift it so it wiil either go up or down your body...but it can be very uncomfortable and can be dangerous. This why people constantly has smelling salt.. People kept fainting IMO not worth it

  9. I would check to see if there are liquid versions....I have put crushed meds in applesauce it sort of helped
  10. I was banded on Jan 10. For the gas, walk walk walk and then walk some more. I have never burpped and tooted more in my life
  11. You should measure your self and go by inches lost...I was driving myself batty with the scale going up and down, but regardless of the scale my clothes were just getting looser and that is what I focused on
  12. Yup its the dew. Tbe headaches are caffene withdrawal. Try changing to a source of caffiene with out the bubbles. The bubbles can cause a slip

  15. Stared @ 270 lost 12 lbs before meeting surgeon..258 lost 10 pre op ...248 and currently 232. It took me 1 year to lose the first 12 lbs on my own and now just 2 lbs away from _40

  20. Mine waa start walking 1/2 hour per day asap no lifting more than 10 lbs until 6 weeks
  21. When I switched fromiquid to mushies the scale went banannas...so I am now ignoring it because I am still healing
  22. Mine is on the left and because I am pear shaped, not only can I feel it, but I can see it too ,,I lose weight in my midsection first
