  1. Congratulations on your Surgery. I started at 267 now I'm 173lbs Sugar free Popsicles were my best friend. Lol Good luck
  2. Congratulations to you both.
  3. Some of what you are feeling are normal. By the way I got some of that weather too. This is a good time to reach out to your Nut and therapist and support groups. I m just saying just to talk through your feelings. I remember certain foods I was addicted to. Now 10months later I don't miss them. Particular white flour, white sugar and products made with them. They added the pounds and kept me from the life I deserve. It's a process. Getting sleeve is the best thing I've done just for me. It's normal or even a process. You will get through this. I suggest revisiting your goals as well. Be encouraged. I don't regret getting sleeve I thought I was a slow looser compared to my surgery group but hey 95 lbs in10 months I'm getting there. It's ok I'm on the slow train. As one poster (Gmanbat) Said I will make the same destination. Goal weight. Your sleeve is working too. Keep posting too it helps.

  8. 1 -2 weeks max of supplies like protein. My taste buds changed and I ended up giving away my protein shakes cause the sugar in them made me sick. So just buy samples. I was walking in my neighborhood day 3. Shopping by day 4. So gasx water. Not a lot is needed. Walking Sipping water then protein. Good luck
  9. When a close friend of many years daughter ask was I apart of her mother's bridal party and I reluctantly said no. I felt left out because of my weight. Well I went to the Wedding and my hubby and I took pictures. The pictures where an eye opener! I couldn't believe how big I was! Even though I had already went to a seminar the month before. I was short of breath just going to the mail box. My youngest use to cry to go to the park with my Skinny Neighbor. Imagine how I felt my 4 year old crying to be with another parent. Well not any more. First is my friends Wedding 7/2012 and next 9/13
