I had a Maine Coon cat named Charlie, after my dad. We had him for 18 years. I used to put kids sun glasses on him and take closeups of him. Cats are wonderfull little people. I love hearing all your stories everyone. :girl_hug:

Here's are few ideas for cat toys for Christmas. I fill up the sache bags with cat nip. For Easter I took a small floppy bunnie and took the stuffing out of the tummy and filled it with cat nip and sewed it back up. For Christmas I'm doing the same thing with a teddy bear.

My boy cat, Shamu just cant seem to keep his paws to him self. If my girl cat, Shopie walks by him.....He grabs her tail. At 5 AM they both start screaming as loud as they can to get us up. Shamu....wants the bed all to him self. He calls me into the bed room all the time during the day for .... ok ( my husband says to be jacked off ) but thats not the case. I lay down and throw out my right arm and Shamu grabs his blanket in his mouth tries to stand on my arm.He doesnt want me to talk to anyone, and doesnt want anyone to watch him either. He is doing something. When he gets done he will sit and lick him self. He's been fixed.....I dont get it. One more thing.....if he sees me getting out of the shower....he wants to do it all over again.
  5. That was hilarious. I can sooooo relate.

Your cat sounds crazy. I have two. I call them my little people. My boy cat talks to me all the time, and I talk back. When we watch tv at night my boy cat lays down on my pillow and wants me to give him baby kitty kisses on the back of his ears. Husband thinks we are both nuts. My little girl cat....short hair purshin, she is all little girl, and very spoiled as well. They are both moma babies.
  7. Congrats Kelly on hitting 180. I went Monday and got a fill, after getting that unfill a few weeks ago. I wonder how Jennie is doing? Havent seen her on here for quite a while. Talk to you more on Monday. Terry

  14. Hi Everyone, Well yesterday I had to go get an unfill. I was so tight I was having trouble getting down water. I hope this is the only thing wrong and I didnt slip. I have to get my butt to the gym because my weight loss is really slowing down. When I get back from vacation I have an appointment to be refilled....about in three weeks. Terry
  15. Want2bemeagain, I have the same thing happening to me.I'm going give the kitchen timer a try.
  16. I never thought of my self as having an eating disorder. I know I do....thats why I needed the band. I now have my eating under control, but I notice everytime my husband leaves to go somewhere and I'm home by myself the first thing that pops in my head is.....what can I eat. I still have the urge to eat but I don't only because I can't. I'm really tight with my fill.
  17. My restriction in just like yours Tanderson. I know I'm pretty tight, but I feel I need this in order to keep losing. I force my self to eat solid foods . I find if I eat soups or soft foods I wont lose and I will stay the same weight.
  18. Has this ever happened to anyone before ? Last night I had eaten a small snack Snickers bar. I'm not sure why , but as soon as I had finished it.....yes I was un pain. It felt like I had swallowed a golf ball; so I went into the bath room to slim, to maybe relive the pressure some. Well I did slim a little but I still could feel some pressure . I was very tired, it was late, and so I went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night chocking and chafing. I had asperated on my own vomit. Every time I would chaf I would taste the snickers bar and vomit. This was coming up from my lungs. What would have happened if I would have taken a sleeping pill ; would I been able to wake up to clear my lungs ? I have desided that I will not ever eat anything that close to bed time again.....just in case it doesnt go down well. p.s. In case your wondering what was she thinking .... eating a snickers bar. I was way below my 800 cal. count for food yesterday. Thats why I thought I would treat myself to a snack snickers bar.
  19. Hi everyone, Who's up for lunch at panara's in old farm square ? The first monday of the month falls on Dec.5th. Thats a thursday. Terry
  20. Hi pjn2005 I had my surgery Jan.22 2007, In Mexico . I would do it over again if I had to. Try not to worry, or be too nervous; You should do fine. I never had any hair loss.....well yet. I think the hair loss you are talking about happens from the anisteia from surgery. Not every one loses their hair, only a few. I'll be thinking of you on your surgery day. Best of luck, Terry
  21. Hi Wheetsin, Your style is pretty close to my own, I love the iron look too. I think the first thing I would do is change you fire place color. When I decorate I only buy the things I really really like. When you put them all together....That becomes your style. My walls are light and dark tans . My sofa and chairs are all a solid cream color. I like to change my colors often . The way I do that is by changing out the pillows and pictures , ect. I like to bring in colors that really pop. Just go with what you love and when people walk into your room....they will see your personallity. I hope this helps. Have fun .
  22. Wheetsin, Count me in.....I love, love ,love , decorating . What room are you redecorating ?
  23. Hi All, Babbs.....How are you doing now ? I noticed your surgery was last month and just woundered how everything was going for you now. Jennie....How did your fill go ? What did the doctor say ? Kelly.....Are you still working out ? My husband and I are starting our walking again on Monday. I got myself new workout shoes on vacation . I had a nice vist with my Mom . Shopped til I dropped . It fills so good to be back home....and my little people ( my to cats ) are really glad mama is home. Terry
  24. Girls..... News flash, I just moved into the 170's.
  25. Jennie, Whats going on with you sister ? Have you seen the doctor yet ? Terry
