  3. This is my Coco, I loved her from the moment she came into my life at 6 weeks old...we lost her in August of last year due to liver failure. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with...I miss her every day and I know how you feel having lost your best friends.....dogs are amazing creatures!

  11. Thank you Missy!! You continue to be an inspiration to me, you totally rock!
  12. Even at 2 months post op I'm pretty sure I don't want any more fills..I've only had one and I have 3 cc's in my band right now. Time and time again I have read about too tight, reflux, getting stuck, not being able to eat foods like fruit and salad and I just don't want to go that route. I know that not everyone at restriction has problems and that some are doing great and I'm truly happy for them. I think for me personally, I can and will continue the way I am. I know some people say it's just a diet without restriction but I'm really okay with that. Next week I have an appointment with my surgeon for a fill and I will "fill" him in on my plan! No offense meant to anyone, I'm just sayin'
  13. I was given it at my extremely long pre op appointment...less than a week before my surgery
  14. Most kids menus state for 12 and under...the card just states that you have had wls and asks that you be allowed to order off of the kids menu....I just order fish or salad and take most of it home
  15. I got one...I have not used it yet!
  16. Do you have a heating pad? I lived with my heating pad for the first week..it saved me, it was the only thing that helped with the shoulder gas pain. Good buy on the Muscle Milk..... I love it! Best of luck for your surgery and Best Wishes!

I'm so very sorry for your losses. I have to say that progesterone saved all 4 of my babies. The first time I was pregnant I started to bleed and was put on progesterone, baby was born healthy, I was then tested and diagnosed with luteal phase defect and needed progesterone for all my pregnancies, all 4 were born healthy because of the progesterone...I hope and pray you will have your dream of a baby in the near future...(((hugs)))
  18. I went up and down a few pounds during my 6 months...in the end my weight stayed the same. I really think you will be just fine..Best Wishes!
  19. That's just amazing!! Congrats girl!
  20. I went to the seminar first... I checked out the surgery center online to make sure they excepted my insurance before I attended the seminar. Then after the seminar I went to see my pcp and started the 6 month supervised diet...Best Wishes!
  21. I went to my pcp for my 6 month supervised diet. For me, as long as I was seen some time in the month for 6 consecutive months I was good...it didn't need to be 30 days apart, so I would make sure you know exactly what your requirements are. Good Luck and Best Wishes!
  22. Congrats!! You look awesome!!
  23. I had all my appointments and tests done and my approval came just 4 days before my surgery day...I'm sure you will be just fine, like Missy said, it's old hat to your doctors office...Best Wishes!
  24. I drink it almost daily!
