  1. I was the same way and my doctor said to drink more. But again I barely had any calories. Just take it easy and keep drinking
  2. I'm in the same boat and I'm just about 4 weeks pot op. I've taken Ducolax and it helped. I also heard warm apple juice or prune juice too! Good luck
  3. I use the app on my iPhone daily as well as on my laptop and I See the same notifications on both. I'm suggesting that once the notifications are read or opened they disappear from the other device or are marked as read. For example, if I get 25 notifications and read all of them trough my app on my iPhone, when I go to my laptop later on, I still have those same 25 notifications showing up as if they were new. I wish that could be taken care of- it makes responding much harder for me.
  4. I don't know if you can unless you go through safari and go to their full site. I'm on here on my iPhone a lot and I haven't been able to add friends through my app.
  5. I'm a little over 3 weeks post op and I'm down 24lbs and I see the scale by moving this week. The NUT said when I'm eating ill be between 600-1000 calories a day. Right now I'm on 1 protein shake divided into 2 meals, 1 snack (usually yogurt or cottage cheese) and 1 soft food meal a day and I haven't been hitting the 600 mark. I think my body is still in starvation mode so I'm going yo try to up my calories more. Thanks!!
  6. Thanks everyone. My NUT said my carbs will be coming from my vegetables and 1 serving of fruit. I'm going I find out more next week. I like the fiber one idea- I do like those bars!
  7. I'm a little more than 3 weeks post op and eating soft foods. I do 1 protein shake (divided into 2 meals), 1 snack (yogurt or cottage cheese) and 1 meal a day. I've had grilled chicken and veggies and eggs for the main part and I'm still so extremely constipated. I've taken Ducolax and it has helped but are there any other tips?
  8. Exactly... I don't get it. Plus I'm still super constipated and I think beans would help with that. Lol
  9. Yes I a little over 3 weeks post op. I even saw on my next phase no bread, pasta, rice, or beans either. I feel they're being super strict though.
  10. I agree so I was shocked that I was told no beans. And Fiber too!
  11. Lol that's what I think too! She said that I can have them if my portion has the correct Protein in it though.. Ill email and ask. Thanks again!
  12. Thanks Mis! My NUT told me no bread, pasta, rice, or beans. What would you assume? I'm going to email my nutritionist though.
  13. When your nutritionist says to watch carbs is that total carbohydrates or net carbohydrates?
  14. I am 3 weeks post op and was told 1 oz every 5 minutes. I'm able to drink more and I'm scared I will stretch my pouch... Don't know if that's possible
  15. I used blogger and webs. I love them. I taught myself how to make them. You'll figure then out. They're pretty self explanatory
  16. You look great!!!
  17. I'm a compulsive food logger too on my it was pal (ireallywannabthin) and am 3 weeks post op an already lost 24lbs. I was just curious . Thanks for the input!
  18. I'm only 3 weeks out and started on soft food this week, but I'm just curious to know when everyone really started seeing significant, rapid, or consistent weight loss.
  19. I think days 3 and 4 were the worst for me! I started questioning a lot at that point but I promise you will get through this and you will feel better!! It's a little pain for a lot of joy at the end!! You can do it!!
  20. I was switched to soft food yesterday and I have no idea what I'm feeling after I eat. What does being 'full' feel like for you?
  21. Yayyy!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you!!!!
