  1. Thank you for understand summerrain
  2. I hope so! That's what my bf keeps telling me, too!
  3. Thank you! despite being bummed about the academy I feel great that I've been following the rules 100%!
  4. The worst of my pain was from gas. Yes the first few days I started questioning because I didn't know the kind of pain I was in was normal. Now I'm 1 month post op and down 23lbs and would do it again in a heartbeat! I already feel so much better than I did!
  5. Thanks for the encouragement! I'm sure one way or another it will show!
  6. Congratulations on your success!! That's amazing! I'm going to work on my water even more!
  7. I understand what you're saying and I'm happy with my loss for the month- I'm discouraged that I didn't lose this week especially since I worked harder this week is what I'm saying
  8. I'm in Rockland county- right over the border! There's a support group at Good Samaritan at 6-7!
  9. I just need to vent. I feel like I'm just starting to lose motivation. I'm eating correctly and I exercise daily and the scale isn't budging. I am 1-month post op and the scale didn't move for me this week and it's making me wonder why I'm putting in all of this effort and not losing weight. I understand this time is for healing still, but I can't help but be discouraged and bummed out... I mean, I am human. I track all of my food on MFP so I'm aware of what I'm eating, but I just don't get it.
  10. What is everyone's feeling on spaghetti squash? Do you eat it? If so- what do you do to it? How so you measure it- by weight or volume (ounces vs cups). I had it tonight for the first time so I'm just curious
  11. You are all so great!! I am thrilled I'm down 23lbs but I've been pretty consistent with weight loss so far so I'm bummed it stopped this week! I'm aware that this stage is for waking- that's why I'm on soft foods still. I'm sure I will catch up just like everyone including my NUT told me. Just had to vent this morning! <3
  12. Thank you all.. It's just a bummer because I have been exercising more this past week so I thought I would have seen a huge jump. My clothes are fitting looser and I can see a difference slightly but it's just a drag that's all.
  13. Today is my 1 month bandiversary and I gained 1 pound . I don't know how since I am following my doctors instructions and I am exercising. My nutritionist didn't seem concerned but is this normal? I'm down 23 pounds this month by I wanted more
  14. So what's everyone having for dinner tonight?
  15. Those were the worst! But my doctor was explaining to me how those intentionally make you hungry so I avoided them and the food network at all costs!
  16. very insightful! Thank you for posting this!
  17. Bravo to you!! That is incredible! I'm sure you feel amazing- keep up the good work!!
  18. I was bored out of my mind as well. I blogged a lot or stayed on these boards. I watched TV or just slept because TV was driving me nuts as well . Good luck
