  1. Thank you for your response! It's nice to feel not alone, odd that the compassion comes from strangers lol but ill take it! I spose Ive done this to myself.
  2. Thank you so much for your reply. It's like I woke up and realize that I have been doing more damage to myself by "ignoring" things than fixing them. I haven't outgrown these problems like I like to think I have. I think man, what have I done? Thanks for listening and replying:)
  3. Thank you less of me... That means a lot:)
  4. I would say its reflux. I didn't feel hungry until I switched to pepsid a month out, then it was like constant crazy hunger feeling. I switched back to the original meds and its gone now!
  5. Same, I think my bmi was 31 day of... 8 weeks out and down 29 PDs and 30 inches... It's truley a gift. I don't stress about food anymore because I am fulfilled (both physically and mentally) when I eat now.
  6. I confess today after 17 years I finally asked my dr for a referral to a therapist to work through some major issues from childhood. I recognize that all my effort in trying to be healthier and a good mom is not making those issues go away. I confess that I cannot sleep even though I've taken enough sleeping meds to knock out a cow and here I sit awake, my mind zooming unable to shut Off today's conversation with him. I confess I feel fake as though I've never really been happy and am hoping this is a step in the right direction, and not another failed attempt. I confess I am confessing this here because I have no one else to tell as I feel as though I've worked hard on shutting everyone else out. That's it or I'm gonna cry.
  7. Me too. I was on omeprozole for a month then went to Pepcid, and had to switch back. It was like day and night!
  8. It can be for some. Just google it you'll see different pics;)
  9. So what do you eat in a day in regards to carbs?
  10. I might join you if the scale doesn't move again Monday! Keep in touch as will I;)
  11. Davell did it work? I'm in my first real stall too and thinking of doing a reset lol. I don't want to Panic because I'm sure my body is just catching up but panic sets in and I think "omg this is all I'm gonna lose?" Lol
  12. How are you doing now? When did you get plicated?
  13. Major surgery am the most depressing time of they ear. Broke from Xmas, bills coming in, crappy weather in the month of jan. I've had my share of breakdowns. Praying for January to end and look toward to a new month with a new attitude, goals and tribulations. I am 7 weeks out and doin better now but still can't wait for January to end!
  14. What's your guys' opinion in that new thing... (Can't remember the name) it's a mix btwn a tread mill/ climber, and elliptical? You walk but each side goes up and down. I think it's a bow flex? It claims to burn twice as many calories in the same amount of time. Anyone use those?
  15. So being that we eat less calories initially how do you guys work your points? Or do you just go with their recommendation?
