Hey all my name is Sarah banded 20/4/2012 and although I have lost 22kgs already, I need help with my diet! I'm struggling to find food that encourages weight loss, keeps me full and is healthy  I need some help from banders that have had experience with food for longer than I have, breakfast lunch and dinner! Best ideas??? Thanks guys  x

Hey Nicole, When I started my journey, it was only a week and a half that I waited from appointment with surgeon to surgery mine was very very fast!!! 
