Very nice to hear you're alive and banded! I just read both of your blogs. Being banded made my health take a complete turn around for the better. I am off all my pre-band meds!

I eat out a lot and never order a drink. My hardest was Chinese tea when in a Chinese restaurant. You will learn.

I get that for sure. I'm always scared to not follow the doctor's advice too! I'm really happy that God gave me that trait though, because it's the best thing when it comes to these tough moments like the Pre-Op diet! It's all good though, because I know it's important, and I'm scared to mess it up! xP
I do think that, whenever I reach that point of no drinking while eating, I'm going to have a bit of trouble. I have a hard time not washing down the food I eat. But I think I can get use to it.
