I was banded 10/24/12, and so far to this date I am down 98.7lbs.

I was banded on Oct 24 and have lost 36lbs so far. Going on Thursday to get my first fill.

Surgery is at 7:30am

I am on day 3 also on the diet. I am down 7.5lbs, but I hate the chocolate shakes. I am not a fan of chocolate at all, so i chug them when its time to drink one. I am aslo very tired.

I am using EAS shakes. They are better then most protein powder or shakes I have ever used. I used to be on a power lifting team and believe me I have had some nasty protein drinks. It is odd that my surgeon said only the drinks and water that is it. I read everywhere that people are allowed to have broth, jello, and even small meal.

Just curious, how many shakes are you using a day? How many did other people use? I was told 3 a day and that is it, plus 64 oz water minimum.

I started my Pre-Op diet today also.
