  1. Really I'm going have to do that because there are some days I don't want to cook and couldn't believe how little calories and fat 287 calories for the whole batch but I only do three pancakes
  2. 1/2cup ff cottage cheese 1/2cup oatmeal 2tsp splenda 3egg whites 1tsp cinnamon I also use a tbsp of walden farms syrup which is a calorie free fat free carb free sugar free brand. Blend in magic bullet makes five 1/4 cup pancakes and they are amazing
  3. Omg absolutely love dannon light n fit greek the texture is just right its number one in my book!
  4. I am in desperate need of a doctor that will do a complete tummy tuck and have it completely covered under my insurance and isn't afraid to fight for it

  6. I want and need a plastic surgeon that would do my whole tummy covered and submitted under my medical insurance properly it would be great if they could get my breast covered too
  7. I use biotin and also tresumme shampoo and conditioner has it in it

  13. Making so many cookies for gifts I don't know how I'm doing it wish I could have one bite but I won't allow myself to do it anyone else having this issue
  14. Sometimes when I'm in the mood for a shake I use nectar protein powder tablespoon of decaffeinated coffee and Walden farms sf ff calorie free carb free caramel syrup or chocolate syrup

  16. I wasn't allowed to exercise until two-three weeks after surgery by surgeons orders! But normally you do have spurts where you don't want to and that's normal

    Didn't feel like taking myself to the gym today was in lazy mode but I went anyway and feel accomplished I hate these spurts where I don't feel like going! Sometimes I wish I had a buddy to encourage me! Friday I have a weigh in with my surgeon and hoping that I shredded some pounds since my last appointment which was a month ago

  19. Officially today is the big step into the operating room I am very greaful to my doctors and my success as of right now I have lost 204lbs and hopefully I continue on my journey it hasn't been easy but well worth it!
  20. I still do the protein shakes from time to time I enjoy them I use the 30calorie soy silk milk and nectar protein powder
  21. Love fage but has too many calories so i went to dannon 80calorie greek yogurt and yoplait 100calorie love them both too
  22. I finally got myself in gear and started back up at the gym and boy do I feel better about myself but body aches like crazy well worth it though hopefully the pounds start coming off again
