    How Much Protein?

    Protein should be your #1 macro. If you are exercising I think you need to be much higher. Use supplements if you have to.

    Cardio Vs Weigth Training

    Agree with most of whats already been said. Do both. At times you may not be able to do both, so I would choose weights over cardio. More muscle equals a faster metabolism. But it has to be done right. It should be hard work.
  3. I have a friend who has had the surgery. We are working toward getting her back where she should have been all along. I will my knowledge of exercise, diet and supplementation with everyone here.
