  1. I couldn't drink 5 of those a day, I had only 2 and a little bit of oatmeal or chicken broth.
  2. My doctor's staff told me my shakes had to only be ice, the powder, skim milk & blend it up... 5xs a day. Then they said you can have a protein bar but give up a shake.. personally it wasn't too good so I chose to add banana, strawberries & instead of skim milk, I substitute it with Crystal Light juice. Blend it up & it was delicious!!! Just an ideal
  3. My doctor said you can have a protein bar too but you would have to give up a shake.. That is optional =)
  4. Hi those 2wks for me it was very hard... For the first 4-5 days, my stomach wouldn't stop growling... eventually my stomach adjusted to the diet. You will do great! =)
