Ok so i tried on a suit today that i haven't worn in 7 years and i can fit it. The pants is a size 10 and the jacket is a 12. I really can't believe it.

@steelerfan1115 im down 42 pounds since being banded on jan 21. Im looking and hoping to be in onederland by jun 14.

I have lost 38 since jan 7 (pre opt and post opt combo)

Meet my goal of 212 im almost out the 200 range. Bring on april challenge.

@kca1fan i would say no i asked my doctor this same question and he said its fine so i do a liquid diet once a month.

Hello all I haven't posted in here in a min. I'm really doing great. I was banded on Jan 21 2013 and have since lost 38 pounds. I'm working out 5 days a week, and I feel great. I also had two fills since being banded. My last fill was on tuesday. I will give it time to see if it helps. But all in all I'm happy. How is everyone else doing.

I just have to post this. I went in for a fill on tuesday and my weight was 216. I weighed myself today and is 213. All smiles over here.

My goal is to be out the 218/220 range. I would like to be at 210 before this month is out. Im taking little steps.

I weighted in today and im down 1 pound I'm at 221. I'm losing slowly but surely. As long as I'm losing I'm happy.
