I need to just start my weight loss, I want to lose 17more pound then i will be at my goal, but I am finding myself wanting more of the wrong food (sweets)

your body's craving sweets (refine carbs) because it lacking something else. what is it? that's why food logging is so imperative.
Im a recovering sweet addict. Leafy green curbs that, add strawberries, blueberries etc. it will curb the carb craving
