We have come to far to let a stall knock us off our journey but what we should realize is that they are part of our journey that is why God gives us trials and tribulation. When my weight did a stall, I decided that I needed to shock my body because it has gotten use to my new way of eating. I whent back to the 2wk diet I had to do before surgery and increased my workout... you can do this, we didn't gain it overnight and we are not going to lose it just like that.

I really don't see why you shouldn't be able to take motrin but try talking a nice relaxing bath also, make sure you are drinking and eating before you can't.. I think you are either hungry, anxious or nerves and just know that it is going to be alright... good luck on your new journey
