  1. Hello everyone is different so its hard to say you may lose 10lb you may lose 15lbs everyone is different..your metabolism, age..other factors also....but I did a liquid diet once and I lost about 8lbs...But good luck on journey

  4. wow that's a lot of meds...do you think you are over medicated..working medical field I believe sometimes our doctors mean the best but sometimes they over medicate us and also when you go to more than one doctor (the left hand doesn't know that right hand may have given us)Good luck on your journey

Their are people who think that having this surgery is easy..I don't think so!....eventhough I have noT had this surgery yet I read the time and patience that a lot of you guys put in for this....If someone thinks its easy to just lose weight with this surgery that its an eazy way out then tell them to look at Penny on my 600lb life..she didn't change her habits and she is still fat and then tell them to look at Zsyalynn...Henry and Melissa just to name a few....I pray that I have a successful surgery and weightloss experience, a better social life..find a great guy and experience more happiness in my life...GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS TO ALL

I have not had my surgery yet but GOOD LUCK..I come on here for inspiration and also to keep moving forward...I won't lie of course I am scaried...I have had other procedures done and have gotten sick after my procedure so now they put I think Prilosec in my IV to help with that...I hope that I will have my procedure done in Mid April rather than May since I will be done with my Appt in early March...God Bless to everyone on their journey

Come on when she said they didn't tell me I would have to be on a diet...REALLY U DIDN'T THINK YOU WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE...u just thought u could continue eating fried wontons and lose weight....COME PPL ....us fat ppl know just about everything there is to know about dieting because many of us have dieted and regain and regain and dieted...SHE has serious mental problems that she needs to get help for

Sorry I don't feel sorry for Penny...how many of us would have jumped at the chance to have this surgery and stay in a facility (more than likely she didn't pay anything) I mean come on I am putting most of this on a credit card to pay for...I am not perfect BUT DAM* SHE HAD EVERY F'N EXCUSE THEIR WAS...please god let her excuses motivated me to be a better weightloss LOSER..i DON'T APOLOGIZE I don't feel sorry for her at all!

Man does Penny have a lot of problems...I felt bad for her husband but in the same token he is enabling her...I think he needs to show tough love...its not like she can get up and get her own food....he should have made her eat healthier..I just hope she can get through this with help from professionals...

  16. Can anyone eat spinach? I like spinach some onions and little peanut butter and cayenne pepper(not much)..not sure how I will eat this once I am sleeved

Hello guys this is nothing really about surgery but I will be in the Houston area thinking of moving there in about 7 months so my surgery will be in about april....what good things is their to do...my job will prob be in Conroe when I move what areas are nice...not as concerned about the school districts since I don't have kids...also I will prob need a surgeon I am thinking for updated visits...Thanks you can in box if you want
  22. Thanks for the info a lady that had the band done about a year and half ago has already a slippage so I decided that I will have the sleeve sounds like the best for me

  24. Hello I am new to weighloss surgery I have never had it done...but I am reading and trying to figure out which one to have. I didn't think that many people were still having the bypass surgery but I AM WRONG? So I need to ask those who had revision what did you had previously and what do you have now...I need to see which maybe best for me and also consult with the doctor
