  9. Hi all! I had my sleeve on December 9 2014 and I've lost about 55 pounds so far from the liver reduction diet as well as after surgery. I've hit some plateaus and I took it to the gym which was really helpful for me. A friend asked me to pick stitch a before and after for her and I could believe what I saw! Just wanted to let all you guys know that you will overcome those plateaus and keep on keeping on! Feel free to share your before and after a with me to give me more motivation to get to my goal! Good luck guys!!!

  11. I was put on a two week lover reduction diet. Low cal, low sugar and high protein. Two shakes in the day and 4 oz of meat and a cup of vegetables for dinner. The doctor has to lift your liver for the surgery and this diet shrinks it to make things simpler for the surgery.
