  1. I had a stall at 3 weeks and it can be disheartening but just hang in there it will pass. Just keep with the program and it will start to come off again.
  2. I am 7 weeks out and the only time I fee nauseated is when I take my vitamins. You should check with your surgeon.
  3. What day were you sleeved...seems like we were done around the same time!
  4. Awesome job! I can't wait till I am down 100 lbs. You are an inspiration to us all!
  5. I have actually lost 32 post op... but I still don't think that is too bad!
  6. The one I use only has 5 carbs and 120 calories. I don't do them much anymore...I try to eat my protein...when I use the whey and add milk I get way to many calories and I would rather eat my calories. So I usually just eat more tuna, eggs, chicken and cheese.
  7. My kind of eating!!!
  8. I had rotisseri chicken last night with Franks hotsauce and ranch dressing. I eat jalapeno and any hot spice. I am 7 weeks out today. I would be very sad if I didn't get my spices in. I am a garlicaholic! I do get heartburn but it is usually from drinking tea!
  9. I take it but I only take a half a does since surgery. I only take them occasionally. My doc said I could resume taking them after surgery.
  10. I dont even like to look at my before pictures. It's hard to believe that I was that huge. I still have a long way to go but I have come a long way already!
  11. I was sleeved 6/25 and have lost 54 lbs. 31lbs since surgery and I think I am a slow loser. I go for days with no loss then boom I will lose 2 lbs. I am just doing what I am suppose to do and being happy with what I have lost. Jenz you look great!
  12. I have been the same weight for several days now..I am not really sure why! I still have 98lbs to go and that seems like alot. I am trying to not get discouraged or upset because I know eventually it will move again! I was sleeved a week after you...my original date was June 18th but I had to move it back because of happening at work. You have a slim pretty face...mine was big with a double chin...I am glad to see it going away!
  13. I am 6 weeks post op and for the last 2 days I feel so hungry. I am doing 600 calories a day, doing my protein and drinking my water. What are you doing?
  14. I don't smoke at all but I live with smokers. I wish you wouldn't but maybe a puff or two won't kill you!
  15. Our stories are so similiar! I started out at 303 and at 3 weeks I had a stall and it really upset me. Then in about a week and a half I lost 2lbs...then another could of pounds. So now when the scales don't move I just wait it out. My first goal was to lose 50 lbs ..which I have reached my next goal is to get to 250 which is a pound away. My next goal is to be down to 240 by vacation and that may be just a dream but I am still shooting for it!
  16. I really would love to swim everyday and do water aerobics but the only place that offers it is our wellness center and they are soooo expensive. Guess I could pretend in the bathtub. I walk everyday. We do a very fast mile and a half up and down hills but I HATE walking and would prefer to play basketball or anything else. I would probably like Zumba but don't want to pay a big price to go to a gym.
  17. I don't do anything with aspertame...only Splenda or Stevia. My son gets terrible headaches and feels sick EVERY time he drinks anything with aspertame.
  18. I take mine in the evening so if it makes me sick..I won't want a snack before bed...lol!!!
  19. Sooo Awesome!!! It feels great doesn't it! I have lost 51 lbs from my highest weight. My profile pic shows my weight difference! My husband says he is shocked when he sees me! I hate having my pic made...the before pic was taken by my niece and posted on FB..which I immediately untagged! So happy I have my sleeve. We only have greater things to come. I can't wait to be able to ride a rollercoaster again. (maybe even wear a swimsuit)
  20. Please suggest another brand for me!!! Thanks!
  21. Any of the lemonades gives me heartburn!
  22. Those are the same one I take and they make me sick too! I actually threw mine up so I do still take them but at night after dinner. They still make me nauseous but not quit as bad. I will never take them in the morning again!
  23. I was sleeved 6/25 and have been eating real food since 7/22 and I am doing pretty good. I eat mostly protein..I usually eat veggies in soups. I don't do the protein shakes very often because they make me sick. If I drink them it's mostly in the evening because it is easier then. I usually eat about every three hours. I have an egg w/cheese for breakfast or no cheese and a 35 calorie turkey sausage.
  24. I put the powder (1/2 scoop) in my cup add my SF creamer and mix well...then I add the coffee. It is great. I let it cool today and added ice cubes and some Torani SF carmel syrup and it tasted like a Dairy Queen Moolatte!
