  5. So I'm only 5 days out, I am going to North Carolina for a wedding September 4th. I need some feedback... 1. Suggestions on traveling with protien shakes. powder etc.... 2. Dress for the weeding it will be 1 month after surgery... Do you think if I buy it tight now it will fit.... (I know this one is a lil vain, however it's my cousins wedding and I do need and want to look decent) 3. Will I be able to make a shake on the plane?? Just in case...??? Totaly CORN-fused and need help!! :-)
  6. I was sleeved July 30th as well. I also have the lower left tummy pain. I have found that the more walking I do the better I feel. It hurts at first but then subsides. My dr doesn't have me starting any shakes untill 7 days after surgery. So I'm thankful I can get used to my new stomach before I have to try to get the shakes down. I am fortunate that im not on any pain meds. I did find that liquid Tylenol worked better than the loritab.
  7. The 6 month diet with Laura; Murllers NUT is Very easy.... There are little restrictions she just wants to see you eating health and exercising regularly. It's not about the weight loss it's about being healthy I only lost 10 lbs on my 6 mo diet. The biggest thing with Laura is make sure you log your food.... The time will fly!!!
