  1. For all sleevers 1+ year out: what are you eating and how much? What is a typical day? What are you eating now that you could eat pre op? What can you not tolerate anymore? Thanks!!!!
  2. Please advise what soups are good for clear liquid stage. Can i just strain a soup?? It seems tastier than plain broth. Also, how is unflavored protein powder in soup? Does it help get your protein in?
  3. Hey post ops. Please tell me that after you lose the weight you no longer (or have less of) back aches, knee aches, foot pain, and other crap that comes aling with carrying such a load!!
  4. Have Empire BCBS, approved less than a day. Now things are getting real. Getting nervous. Trying to remember that my health and new clothes are better than food! I almost cannot believe im doing this. Ahhhh!!!
  5. Funny question... But how are meatballs post op? Soft moist protein, right? Any issues with them?

  7. 10 pounds a month is the norm so id say no! Lol. You are surpassing the norm.
