Thanks I'm been working out together with the pre op liquid diet and I feel great.. Its the beginning of something really good

I'm very excited 6 more days to go

Zumba and walks too i also been cleaning at home like crazy lol just trying to be busy and don't think too much about food I even dream about fried chicken last night lol

We have the same surgery day ! I'm excited doing really good with the liquid diet and my workouts . I'm staying overnight doctor's orders

I was feeling fine , I went for a mile walk and now I feel a lil crappy

How you feeling? I'm doing good so far

Any advice recepies suggestions pleaseee!!

I'm having surgery oct 3rd and that day I'm going to have my period and I'm worried about how they going to do my surgery like that , am I going to have underware on ? Can I use pad help please I know it's silly but I'm concern about it !

I have gas x , heat pad , pain medicine tums and liquid vitamin and calcium .. What else you guys recommend?

Anybody use herbalife shakes or protein shakes eigther for the pre op or post op diet??

Omg cake !! I have a birthday party to attend a week after my surgery and I was thinking the same thing but we are going to make it. We need to stay strong
