Herbalife

Anybody use herbalife shakes or protein shakes eigther for the pre op or post op diet??

    I have herbal life shakes but when I went to my pre op classes the nutritionist said I could use them post op or after my fills but not for pre op there was more sugar then they liked for the pre op diet.
