I haven't start yet my start day is sep 24 my dic ask me for just 10 liquid diet , I wish you the best keep us update

I'm so ready , I just want this phase of my new journey to pass by flying

Y surgeon put me on a 10 day liquid diet that I will start on the 24 th and I can have 2onz of chicken or turkey all sugar free drinks that I want and Popsicles and 3 to 4 protein shake ... Not bad at all

This is my remedy works believe me .. Use a glass cup full of water put a paper napkin on top and drink trough the napkin for a few seconds , drink enough water and tatann magic lol I'm not banded yet but suffer with a lot of this my whole life I hope it work for somebody

Y surgeon prescribe me lortab Elixir for pain before my surgery oct. 3 I just wanna know the side effects you guys had wile using Lortap

Everything went well I lost 7 pounds since last visit . The made me sing a lot paper more than my house closing lol and I finally have my surgery date !!!!! October 3rd my new birthday

Congratulations to you too that's awesome !!! My starting weight its 216 I'm now 210 hopefully I get to 200 after the 2 weeks pre op diet

Hello I just got approved I'm 30 years old starting weight 216 height 5'2 current weight 210 with a few co morb example hbp and pcos my pre op appt is September 4th my surgeon it's going to be on vacations the rest of august .., well deserved vacation hope to hear from your experiences and good luck everyone
