Just Got Insurance Approval

Hello I just got approved I'm 30 years old starting weight 216 height 5'2 current weight 210 with a few co morb example hbp and pcos my pre op appt is September 4th my surgeon it's going to be on vacations the rest of august .., well deserved vacation ;) hope to hear from your experiences and good luck everyone

Almost 19 lbs lost in 4 weeks....I know, everyone says concentrate on healing and I have...this was just a really great side benefit! The surgery was fine. I had port tenderness for several weeks that made it difficult to get in and out of bed and to sit for long periods of time without a pillow on my lap to cushion the port. Some people don't experience that; I did. Bring a pillow to the hospital with you! Get up and walk afterwards as much as you can. Listen to your body! Good luck and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
