  3. I would go with what your nutritionist says. My Fitness Pal doesn't ask if you have a lap band Use it to just help track your calories, thats what I am doing. I'm still on the liquid diet pre-surgery (August 6th!! ), and it is constantly telling me that I need more cals. I just tell it to shut up and track what I want it to track. I think everyone hits stalls or plateaus. Once your body is large for a long time, it wants to stay that way, so it will kind of fight you at certain points along the way. Don't get discouraged!! You'll get past this stall, just keep doing your cardio (<3 the eliptical) and keeping track of the calories. Congrats on the 22lb loss! Thats awesome!! <3
