Hi I am afraid that because I am still in the pre-op stage that I was 229 on 7/2 and this morning 217 and I sill have 4more days to go on the high protein/low fat/ low carbs diet and 1 wk of pure liquids that I will be one of those ppl that will loose very slowlyafter surgery. But I guess I have to set my mind to be ok with that because it willbe a permanent lose.... Thank you for sharing this is a great help to me....

They had better prices at Harlingen wgt loss clinic . Dr Reyes was about $4-5 thousand dollars more.

Has anyone tried putting a slices, peeled and seedless cucumber in water. I did and was very good. I left it overnight in the refrigerator. Mmm it was cool and refreshing.

I have not slept well in awhile, I thought it was due to all the protein I was taking in. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea this wk and hopefully this coming Wednesday I will have the second part of my study and I hope that the c-pap and the wgt loss after surgery (8/29) it will all go away.. I am ready for a good night sleep. :)zzzzz's needed -

Chubarella I am going to VBMC in Harlingen, surherh 8/29 . I had the take home sleep study I paid $150 and it was positive so next Wed I c pulmonologist and do the second part of sleep study. I am hoping my insurance pays for this.
