I had my surgery on Friday with the liquid diet and up to today I have lost 20lbs 60 to go;)

My surgery was on Friday today is Thursday and I'm down 20 pounds My goal is to lose 70 pounds because that'll put me at 130 pounds Oh happy day!!!!! This pain is worth it!!!

My surgery was fri they took my drain out on Sunday and it does feel much better I was lucky I had discomfort with the drain but the GAS WAS WAY WORSE WAYYYYYYY WORSE FOR ME;) hope u can get it out sooner Cheers Parris

I have been on a preop liquid diet for two weeks sugar free popsicles and Optifast Protein shakes that's it my surgery is in the morning
