  1. TY. When I'm at a stall or feel like I'm not seeing the weight loss. I take pix & compare or I go through clothes . I try on my bigger clothes & the clothes I had put away never "really" thinking I'd ever wear them again. This is one of the best decisions I've made!!?
  2. Pic on the left was taken 6.2012 & the pic on the right was taken today 3.26.13. I was sleeved 9.20.13:-)
  3. I take flaxseed oil supplements daily & I use #2 regularly:-)
  4. I'm 6 mths post op & am glad to say I have had no more than the average hair loss that we all experience w/ or w/out surgery. I had my hair thinned out about a wk ago. I take all my Vitamins & get my Protein in. I've attached a pic fr/ last wk of my hair(plz excuse my nose) it looks weird at this angle.
  5. I was 6 mths out yesterday & I too am down 78lbs:-) Congrats!!!
  6. I held off buying Isopure & after tasting it know why. That stuff was a waste of $$ & I could hardly even take a sip of it w/ out wanting to vomit. To each his own though.
  7. I broke my stall by 3lbs!!! CW:170 w/ 40 lbs until I reach my GW!!!
  8. So has anyone tried this post op?
  9. Personally I enjoy sweets on a regular bases. I do it all w/in moderation. However my sleeve will quickly let me know if I've had too much. I'm learning each day.
  10. If say follow all ur dr's rules:-) I personally have totally changed the way I eat. I now stay away fr/ gluten as much as possible. I still enjoy food & deserts, but all in small potions. I take vitamins daily. I really lack motivation for exercising, but I did join a gym this mth:-) I wish u all the luck on ur journey!!!
  11. I have been enjoying PB2, since my liquid diet phase preop:-)
  12. Awe TY. I have been dealing w/ stalls lately.
  13. I was sleeved on 9.20.12 HW:248 SW:233 CW:173 GW:130-135 Pix were taken 7.12, 10.12 & the last two are fr/ this past weekend.
  14. I am almost 6 mths out & beef is the one & only meat I cannot tolerate. I enjoy pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, but the easiest for me to eat/tolerate has to be seafood. Prior to bring sleeved beef was one of my favs & pork being a least fav. Well now I opt for seafood first then pork or turkey & chicken/lamb being a last resort.
  15. Pooping makes 1-2lbs difference for me when I weigh:-)
  16. I use to like coffee prior to being sleeved, but now I gotta have my coffee. I typically go for a decaf mocha, no whip, soy milk route. Yes I get it fr/ good ole Starbucks & yes I allow there go be sugar. I cannot stand artificial flavorings. I've still managed to lose 75lbs thus far & have 45more till I reach my personal GW.
  17. My scale finally moved!!! SW-248 CW-173 GW-130-135
  18. No change as far as getting a buzz quicker, but I sober up super fast though.
  19. No change for me. I am still able to drink like before being sleeved. However I can sober up really fast.
