Mine was initially submitted on 7/23 to Cigna & denied on 7/24 due to my dr's office submitting the incorrect place I'll be having surgery at. So it was resent on 7/24 & I've called everyday since & was told today I will have an answer by this Friday. We shall see.

They said a determination will be made on mine by this Fri. Good luck!!!!

Does anyone know what being in nurse review really means? I'm w/ Cigna & was denied due to my dr putting the wrong place of surgery & then she sent in the correction for the place of surgery & ins is saying I'm now in nurse review, so is this a good thing? Is my claim heading towards an approval. Oh the waiting is driving me nutso!!! Lol

they said I was denied due to the place of surgery, but I contacted my dr's office and they said it had already been corrected:-/ Oh well I guess I will be on the phone w/ Cigna here in a lil bit(keeping my fingers crossed).

Hello to all:-) I am new here. I've had the app for awhile now, but have been too shy to actually sign up until today. So I just found out my paperwork was submitted to ins today. I have Cigna & am wondering how long the approval process can take. My dr's offi e said 2-4wks.
