  1. Hi everyone I lost 67 pounds since May 2010 have 30 more to go. Saw another doctor not the one I had do the surgery. He told me I should weigh 30 pounds lighter. I had a fill too tight hurt to eat meats and fruits. Went to have a fill to open my lapband. Now I can't seem to move the scale. Always keep your appts for fills. I still think as a fat person, sometimes I eat wrong on the weekends(sweets). I feel proud of myself for losing dress sizes, I was a 24wide now I wear 12-14 size med-large tops. My behavior needs to change and I am going to exercise everyday. I learn from my mistakes. Might have to get the lap band adjusted. I am going to try the special K diet using cereals, mealbars, snack bars and eat a light dinner. I went to the family doctor and receive B 12 shots, a diet and diet pills. I will get the 30 off, just have to try harder!
