I am 32 years old, happily married with two teenage boys. I have put myself on the back burner for too long and its caused me to be overweight and unhappy with myself. I am ready to do something about it. I have tried all the diets out there, some successful, but regained all of the weight back everytime. I have a wonderful husband that supports me 100% . Looking forward to making the change and getting healthier.
